Find Inner
Peace & Clarity
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor with the National Board for Certified Counselors. Since 2012, I have supported adult individuals on their path toward healing, self-discovery, and growth. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapist and integrate this powerful, compassionate approach into my work to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and create meaningful internal harmony while also assisting clients to explore and heal the parts of themselves that may be holding pain, fear, or self-doubt. I am also deeply committed to supporting spiritual growth and development, honoring each person’s unique journey and beliefs.
As a woman of color, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the therapeutic space. I aim to offer a safe, culturally responsive, and collaborative environment where you can explore challenges, deepen self-awareness, and move toward a more whole and connected life.
My priority is to make clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity, life transitions, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, I am here to walk alongside you with care and respect.
In addition to individual counseling, I offer consultation services to fellow professionals seeking guidance, support, or a reflective space for growth in their own practice.
