Find Inner
Peace & Clarity
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington and a National Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors. Since 2012, I have supported adults on their path toward healing, self-discovery, and growth. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
I believe every person has a unique capacity for healing. As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) -informed therapist, I integrate this powerful, compassionate approach to help clients connect with their inner wisdom while exploring and healing the parts of themselves that may be holding pain, fear, trauma, or self-doubt. I recognize that healing can involve many aspects of who we are, including our values, beliefs, spirituality, and the experiences that shape our sense of meaning and connection. When it is meaningful to you, I welcome exploration of these areas within the therapeutic process, honoring each person’s unique journey and experiences.
As a woman of color, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the therapeutic space. I aim to offer a safe, culturally responsive, and collaborative environment where you can explore challenges, deepen self-awareness, and move toward a greater sense of wholeness and alignment.
My priority is to make clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, questions around identity and belonging, moving through a life transition, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to walk alongside you with care and respect.
I provide secure telehealth counseling for adults throughout Washington state. In addition to individual counseling, I offer consultation services to fellow mental health professionals seeking guidance, support, or a reflective space for growth within their own practice.
